Oh Christmas!

Darling readers,

This has been one weeeiiird month! I can't believe Christmas is just two sleeps away! It doesn't even feel like Christmas at all yet. I will admit I haven't been in the Christmas spirit with my lack of funds this month, and that seems to be the case with a lot of people. I have met ONE person who is counting down the HOUR until Christmas, other than that, everyone seems pretty "meh" about the whole ordeal.

Everyone has been pretty understanding with me with regards to not really having any money this month to do anything, and I just wanted to say a big THANK-YOU! Especially to all of you who have helped me in any way, shape or form!

I'm looking forward to spending time with my family, and just enjoy the season. I hope all of you can get into the spirit as much as possible too, despite anything that is trying to hold you back!

Our Christmas Tree Adventure!

The truck was too short to get into a stand, so we had to lay it semi in the hallway and semi in the entrance way to "get to work".

We used bread knives, and an exacto knife to try to cut away branches...sigh, it was HARD! Then Evanna our saviour brought us some huge ass clippers, and Mandy was excited and did it all by herself! Yay Mandy!


Our original tree stand we bought, um....yeah, WATER ALL OVER THE FLOOR! Grrrr

Yay! Its our lovely tree. No tree skirt, but oh well, I'm poor atm, so what can ya do!? I love it, especially when the lights are on....

Well darling friends and family,

I officially am DONE. *does a little dance in her chair*! I am not going to lie, I can't wait for all the wine that is about to be consumed this weekend....EEP! I feel for the poor souls who will be with me...hopefully I'm not overly obnoxious! Ahem....

So, I just had a little insight on something. I have new friends. HA HA HA. There was never a point where I was like wow I have new friends, but yeah. I love it. I love making new friends and learning people's stories... it's something that I've loved my whole life. There are people out there who don't like making new friends, and just like keeping to their same circle of friends, or even alone.

Anyways, if you are one of my new friends and you are reading this, I just want to say I love and appreciate you all! Thanks for being a part of my crazy life.

Last Exam....Eep!!

Ah...I will be breathing a big sigh of RELIEF after 4:00p.m today, December, 10th/2009.

I can't imagine people going back to school after 30,40 years....two years, and I'm rusty!!

Bath Time

So, friends and family, its been a few weeks, and for that I am very sorry. Finals, what more can I say?

I have seemed to misplace my camera amongst all my things here in my little apartment, and therefore I have pictures on Mandy's camera but I need to get the cord to transfer them onto my laptop. With that said, hopefully tomorrow, I shall fill you all in on our Christmas tree adventure. Good times I tell ya, good times...

So, bath time. Well. I just had a bath. It was lovely. But then it hit me. Gross, I AM sitting in my own body filth. I have heard this comment from many-oh-men's mouths, and I was always like "Whatever!" (literally I said whatever...I am ashamed...). But, as I was in my bath tub, soaking in the warmth (it's been quite the week alright! Don't judge me.), I started to wash my hair and realized how, gross it was. And so, ladies and gentlemen, after my bath, I felt dirtier then when I went in... so I showered. Sigh. I feel like I have OCD now....thanks family genes, I appreciate it ;)

So, note to self, next time I have a bath it will just to sit there; no washing of my hair etc...
