Dear dear friends and family,

So I've been feeling kinda joyless lately. I had been given a book of gratitude with blank pages besides a little quote on every 2nd page. Anyways one of the quotes said "I have a beautiful blank book and each night before I go to bed, I write down five things that I can be grateful about that day." So this is what I have started. Each night before I go to bed, I write down 5 things that I was grateful for that day. Even if it was the worst day ever, there will always be SOMETHING positive about the day. I am hoping this brings me some joy, or at least helps me realize the joy in the little things. I deserve joy. We all do.
